Two middle level principals — one who calls herself a culture leader, one who calls herself a systems leader — talk through a year of building what their schools were missing. A school improvement plan actually held to for four quarters, a month of testing rebuilt into 90-minute blocks, and an MTSS network that started with one principal admitting she didn't know. Recorded during evaluation season, with the AWSP Leadership Framework as the through-line.
