As the Principal in East Valley School District, I am driven by my passion for every student and my dedication to fostering genuine belonging, celebrating diversity, and ensuring that every student feels valued and supported. I generate and sustain systems that prioritize inclusivity and empower all members of the school community, such as implementing professional learning communities, conducting data analysis, and building interpersonal relationships.

With a Master Certificate in Secondary School Administration/Principalship, a Master in Teaching in Secondary Education and Teaching, and a BA in English Language and Literature/Letters, I have a strong educational background that informs my advocacy for equity, empathy, and excellence. I also have experience as an Assistant Principal and an Administrative Intern, where I developed and demonstrated my skills in teacher customer service, curriculum development, and student discipline. Through my leadership, I am reshaping the educational landscape to create spaces where every child thrives and every teacher shines.
