Gina joined AWSP the summer of 2018. She has served in education the past 27 years as a classroom teacher, Middle School Assistant and Lead Principal, as well as an Elementary Principal in the Walla Walla School District. She and her husband are both graduates of Central Washington University. Gina received her Masters from Northwest Nazarene University and her administration certification from Washington State University.
Gina is a passionate, energetic leader who has a proven commitment to improving teaching & learning. She specializes in RtI for Academics and Behavior, with a special emphasis on social/emotional learning and trauma informed best practices and experience and passion for Bilingual/ELL Education.
Gina and her husband Marc live in Walla Walla with their Rottweiller, Bear. They have two grown children, Ryan and Kennedy.
